Chemistry Question!!!! Please Help!!!! Best Answer!!!!?
This isn't a very good question (too imprecise), but the question suggests that the answer is B. strong base. If you're neutralizing an acid, you need to use a base. And if you only used a little bit, I think that the question means to say that the answer is a very concentrated basic solution. However, the words "strong" and "weak," when dealing with acids and bases, mean something very different from "highly concentrated" or "less concentrated." In actuality, whether or not a base is strong or weak has no bearing on the quantity needed to neutralize an acid.
