Do you think Vermont has a chance against Syracuse?

My friend from Vermont that knows nothing about basketball has them winning and is actually betting me money on the game. And their chances are about 1-2%. They beat 'Cuse as a 13 or 14 seed in 2005, but 16 seeds have never won a game in the history of the NCAA tournament. So, no. Vermont isn't winning.
