Why are the Muslims so powerless??? part 2?

I've read this recently, it's attributed to a Dr. Farrukh Saleem (a Muslim). Interesting idea. I don't know that it's balanced in it's comparison of Muslims and Jews, but no one can argue that education makes a big difference in people's lives.
