When did you start your maternity leave?

i am 27 weeks pregnant and everyday seems to be getting worse. I feel so tired and weak and dizzy with constant pain in my back and inflammed bone marrow by my ribs that kills me! I know i have 13 weeks to go till my due date i was just wondering when did you start your maternity leave in your third trimester??
