Smell of opium(teryak) in our house is killing me..what should i do?

I once heard that opium was one of the major drugs used in that part of the world. Isn't your neighbor afraid that the Iranian police will catch him and execute him, as Iran has really strict Islamic Mullah laws? Your neighbor doesn't have long to live either way since the opium he's smoking will turn his body into a dried out hull of skin and bone.
