Just married n already having issues. why is he like this?

My husband aand I have married for only 4 months now, is great when we have t and like most newly weds we do have it it and like most newly weds we do have it often. My worry is that well he works and after I spend my night missing him all I want is to be in his arms when he walks through the door I understand his through the door I understand his reasoning for turning me down when he is tired but other times when he is not I ask him for or even surprise him with a y get up or forceful tactics and yet I get a "I'm kinda tired babe" or "not tonight" or "I can't go to bed for a while you know makes me tired". Like I said we have often but it is ALWAYS when he wants it. It seeems like whenever I ask its a no but when he wants it its okay. Just wondering if its okay for me to feel hurt?
