Is there any way to save this?

You have tried the PUSH strategy to win back your wife and it has not worked. So now try the PULL strategy i.e. break all communications with her for at least one month (or until she contacts you) and see whether she misses you or not. It will be difficult for you in the beginning but give her time to think about you. I hope it works out. If not then it will mean that she has already made her mind to leave you and was just looking to find an easy exit.
