Can they tell if a baby's lungs are developed with an ultrasound?

I am 33w and 6d pregnant and am scheduled to have another ultrasound at 35w. When I had went to the doctor last they said that the baby is breech and I have been so uncomfortable for awhile now. So I want to know if they will be able to tell if the baby's lungs are completely developed when I have this next ultrasound because since I am to have a c-section anyways I want to ask if they will take her earlier then my due date. But I don't want to take the chance of her lungs not being completely developed.
