Does Nitric oxide cause nose bleeds?

when you pick hard boogers they rip the skin in your nose so take a shower as hot as you can stand and after like 5 to 10 minutes pick the boogers and make sure u wash your hands but the steam from the hot water makes them easier to get out so it wont rip your skin in your nose
