J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter v.s Stephenie Meyer's Twilight?

These have been compared a LOT. I find it hard to compare them as they are very different, but in writing style, I agree that J.K. Rowling is much better and has a way more complex plot. Twilight is very slow-paced, I find, and drones on, but it is not that bad. It is too over-rated, I think, but Harry Potter will never be over-rated. What is your opinion and why?
