Mayweather camp has contacted the hatton camp trying to discuss a possible rematch. Why hatton and not pacman?

I have been trying to figure this out all day why hatton. easy win in the first fight easy win in the rematch. Maybe this is a possible tune up match for a cotto, Margarito, or pacman. the last reason I could think is mayweather cant stand Bob Arum and possible knows that the hatton team might feel as if arum is trying to be greedy and will look at the next and even bigger payday a rematch with mayweather meaning that the split will probably be more in favor of hatton than pacman. which mayweather steeling a match from arum would really tick him off.
