My rats had babies help please?

Hi, i wasnt sure when she was going to give birth as i brought her home and later found out she was pregnant, i thought i had at least another couple of days. prob is she gave birth on a bed of shredded newspaper, iv heard newspaper is not ok for pinkies. what shall i do? can i move them? help
