Newborn, eye infection or something? advice?

She is a week and a half. Her eye is all puffed up and she can't really open it as much as the other. It's really watery/teary and it was pussing a bit as well. Should I take her to the after hours clinic or wait til her appointment tomorrow morning? It's just getting worse it seems..
