Ps3 greatest hits price......?

Rachet and Clank and MGS 4 was suppose to be greatest hits games now, and yet I went to best buy and even though they had the greatest hits game logo there was no price drop mgs 4 was still 59.99 and rachet and clank was still 69.99 so wat the hell is going on? (I live in Canada btw)
