Runescape- Fremennik Trials Battle?

I'm worried about the fight with that Deathless person, I have 62hp, 61str, 60def, 65att, 47pray, and in my invent I have 1 super def pot, 4 ring of recoils, 1 emergency tele tab, 3 prayer pots and the rest are lobsters. I'm wearing a amulet of power. Lots of people say they've beaten him easy, but I'm not sure, because others say it's really hard. So can I do this quest? Please help me! It's driving me insane! Also, should I punch, kick or block him?
