What islands should i see around Dubrovnik (Croatia) over 5 days?

I fly into Durbrovnik on a Monday in June; I fly out on Saturday. I'll be traveling w/ three best (girl) friends (we're in our early 30s). What should we do? What islands can we see? Help me with a cool & hip itinerary for 5 nights in/ around the Dalmatian Coast please!!!
