Why isn't my natal chart right?

My natal chart says I am an Aries Sun, Libra Moon, and a Sagittarius Rising. I was born April 3rd, 1996, at 10:50 pm. I read the libra moon description and it sounded nothing like me. It says i enjoy pleasant things and would like to live in a flower filled room with soft music playing in the back ground. 1) I am allergic to pollen. 2) Im a rock 'n' roll/pop person. I don't enjoy soft music really. From April 2nd to April 3rd in 1996, the moon was in the sign of libra. On the 4th, it changed to the sign of scorpio. since i was born at almost 11 o clock at night, which was almost the 4th, i read the scorpio moon description, and it sounded exactly like me. Even with the rising sign, although i sounded somewhat like the sagittarius rising description, i also sounded somewhat like the aquarius rising description, and i sounded a bit like the capricorn description as well. But none of them were even close to the cancer rising description. it said im very sensitive to what others think of me, and i get really upset if im not as appreciated by others as much as i'd like. it also said i can be crabby, and moody, and my dad always harps on me because i get very crabby and moody. it also said cancer rising people tend to have round faces, pale and luminous eyes, slender arms and legs, and roundness in the middle. i fit that description perfectly. But every single website that has free birth chart readings say i have an aries sun, libra moon, and sagittarius rising. It really bugs me. I've been to astro, cafeastrology, etc. Are there any astrology experts that can help me figure this out please? Thank you.
