What you are talking about is effeminate qualities, which does not make you gay at all. If you found a Professional acting teacher they could help you to adjust the way you speak, walk and all the outward things. Go and join a Theatre company or get yourself along to an acting teacher. You can't do a lot about the school thing at the moment or consider having surgery, but there at least is hope for you that you could change those outward things you don't like.
