Is certificate of bloodlines the same as pedigree papers for puppies? dad is kc reg but not mum.?

I am soon to be getting a Weimaraner puppy from a 1st time breeder & stupidly umed as she is a breeder that her dog would be kc registered but it isn't :( The father is kc reg & has an amazing pedigree. The ***** has pedigree papers (?? i havent actually seen them) so can i register my puppy as 'pedigree' with just bloodline cerificate? kc will not accept because only sire not dame reg so where would i register him? The puppies are being sold for �750 & one would definately expect to be receiving pedigree papers at that pricing?! many thanks
