Is it still worth capping my electricity tariff till 2011 even though the price of crude oil is coming down ?

We signed up to a gas & electric capped deal about a year ago. It runs until 2010 and although I had doubts at the time right now I'm so glad we did. I hate to think how much we'd be paying otherwise. If prices fall and they don't bring down their charges you can always move to another company.... at least we can with our deal but I'd check out the details before I signed.
